Job Digest privacy policy
Last updated: November 7, 2026
Job Digest is a personal tool used only by its owner. This policy covers the Google user data it touches.
What it accesses
One Google permission, gmail.send.self, which lets it send email from the owner's Gmail account to the owner's own address and nowhere else. It doesn't ask for permission to read, search, change, or delete mail, contacts, or any other Google data.
How it uses that access
It sends one email a day, from the owner's account to the owner. The tool writes that email itself; nothing in it comes from the mailbox.
Storage and sharing
It doesn't store, sell, or share any Google user data. Its Google sign-in token is kept privately in the owner's own configuration, and the owner can revoke it at any time from their Google Account, under third-party connections.
Who can use it
Only its owner. Job Digest isn't offered to anyone else.
